Download and carry this simple and easy-to-implement checklist to help your baby stay relaxed and happy during the entire holiday travel.

Step 1: Carry your baby’s most loved/needed things during travel

❏ Pacifiers
❏ Your baby’s loved blanket
❏ Your baby’s most loved toys
❏ Zen Swaddle
❏ Feeding bottles
❏ A sound machine
❏ Storybooks
❏ Portable crib
❏ Crib sheets
❏ Car seat
❏ Stroller
❏ Medication (if your child has allergies)

Step 2: Recreate your baby’s bedroom in your hotel room (this helps your baby to feel like being at home)

❏ Keep a separate area in your hotel room for your baby
❏ Get a crib placed in this temporary baby’s bedroom (optional)
❏ Place your own crib sheet on the crib
❏ Fill your hotel room’s surroundings with a few of your baby’s loved toys

Step 3: Look for baby’s sleepiness and tiredness cues

❏ Is your baby getting cranky?
❏ Is your baby becoming fussy?
❏ Is your baby rubbing his/her eyes, ears, or head?
❏ Is your baby not even enjoying his most loved toys?
❏ Is your baby looking at a place without a blink?
❏ Is your baby constantly yawning?

Step 3: Make your baby ready to sleep

❏ If you’re on road, make an appropriate place for your baby to sleep
❏ Use a firm sleep surface (car seat or stroller if on road)
❏ Avoid going to any place that may distract your baby’s sleep
❏ Clean them and get them ready in fresh clothes
❏ Move to a quiet and calm environment
❏ If you’re in the hotel room, take your baby to his/her temporary bedroom
❏ Put Zen Swaddle on your baby
❏ Put on the dim lights in your room (if you’re not on road)
❏ Switch on the sound machine you’d brought
❏ Prepare the feeding bottles (if not breastfeeding)
❏ Make sure you follow the A-B-C’s of your baby’s sleep

Step 4: Follow the bedtime routine activities

❏ Feed your baby the way he/she feels comfortable during bedtime
❏ Read a bedtime storybook
❏ Put your baby in his/her crib once he/she feels sleepy
